If there’s one thing worth celebrating this year, it’s the end of 2020! And what better way to see the year out in style than with a celebratory drink (or two!)

Veuve Clicquot Arrow
Veuve Clicquot is one of my favourite Champagnes and the Veuve Clicquot Arrow by Clos19 is just perfect for gifting! This is because this gift edition of Veuve Clicquot’s signature champagne is presented in an arrow shaped tin, which is embellished and customised with a city of your choice!

58 Apple & Hibiscus Gin
58 Gin is a London-based artisan spirits distillery based in Haggerston, London. They’ve launched two new hand-crafted gins, 58 English Berry Gin and 58 Apple & Hibiscus Gin, created using wonky and surplus Cox’s apples from the UK and foraged berries.
With food waste high on the agenda at the moment, these gins are mindful of their social impact. They are also completely free from artificial sugars and sweeteners and produced in accordance with the highest ethical standards.
I tried the 58 Apple & Hibiscus Gin which is a deliciously smooth, fresh tasting pink gin infused with hibiscus flowers. Filled with sweet and sour notes, this gin can be enjoyed sipped neat, in a cocktail or with your favourite mixer.

Busi Jacobsohn
Christmas is a great time for supporting local brands just like Busi Jacobsohn, a single estate grower of luxury English sparkling wines located in East Sussex.
This family-run vineyard believes in working respectfully with nature to make their wines as delicious as they can be. I tried their crisp Cuvee brut, which is comprised of 60 % Chardonnay, 20 % Pinot noir, 20 % Pinot Meunier, producing a light but aromatic flavour that can be enjoyed any time of day.
I also tried the Rose which is an elegant drink with delicate floral notes, making it the ideal special celebratory drink!
Wild Life Botanicals

Christmas Pudding Gin - Sacred Gin
Is there anything more festive than a Christmas Pudding Gin? That’s exactly what Sacred Gin has produced, what’s more, it’s made with real Christmas Puddings!
The rich festive flavours of candied peel and raisins are at the forefront of this gin. It can be mixed into a Christmas cocktail or with a dash of tonic. It’s also a great alternative to eating a slice of Christmas pudding for the calorie conscious!

Rum is one of my favourite tipples at any time of the year but certainly favoured during the Wintery months to remind me of warmer climates through the aromas alone. Larga Vida XO 2019 is a new favourite of mine and is patiently aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 15 years and finished in an array of Wine casks. It’s a fabulous blend that is combined of 10 distinct Rums from 10 specific Rum-making countries to create a deliciously complex concoction that is bursting with notes of banana, vanilla, cinnamon as well as hints of oak and nuts.

Madre Mezcal
Something a little different, but very desirable, this bottle of artisanal handmade Mezcal is made in the valleys of Oaxaca, Mexico.
