Perched atop the Treehouse Hotel in London, Madera provides a breathtaking panoramic view of the city skyline. The floor-to-ceiling windows ensure that every seat in the house offers a stunning view, making it an ideal spot for both daylight dining and evening experiences.

Cuisine and Menu

Madera at Treehouse offers an eclectic blend of modern Mexican cuisine with a creative twist. The menu boasts an impressive array of dishes that highlight the vibrant flavours and fresh ingredients characteristic of Mexican cooking.

From the starters, the guacamole is a must-try, served with a trio of salsas that range from mild to fiery. For mains, the carne asada is a tender and flavourful choice. We sampled the ceviche trio which included octopus and prawn aguachile salmon, mango guajillo oil and seabass ceviche, pico de gallo and pickled onion, all of which exploded with flavours. We also tried the duck carnitas with braised duck, raw salsa verde and toasted pumpkin, as well as the signature dish, the Chicken Rocks served sizzling over hot lava stones with pico de gallo, morita chili sauce, tortillas, rice and black beans

Don’t miss out on the churros for dessert, served with a decadent chocolate dipping sauce and the beautiful empanada de manzana, served with rhubarb, cinnamon apple, vanilla-creme fraiche ice cream and chantilly cream.

The Bar:

The bar at Madera is an experience in itself, offering an extensive selection of innovative cocktails, fine tequilas, and mezcals. The mixologists here craft drinks that are both visually stunning and deliciously balanced. The signature Margaritas, with its infusion of fresh lime and agave, is refreshing and tangy. For something more adventurous, try the Spicy Paloma served with a bit of a kick. The bar also features a curated list of wines and non-alcoholic beverages to cater to all tastes.
